Technology provider, Rewarding Visits – who won £1 million worth of funding from Innovate UK in 2015 tasked us with supporting the media relations for their first digital high streets initiative, which was set to launch in the Nottinghamshire market town of Mansfield.

The app-based system, I Love Mansfield – which connects shoppers with money-saving offers and promotions was the first of its kind in the UK and followed a successful trial scheme in Sutton Coldfield. A number of influential regional, retail and marketing trade titles covered the launch and our team also secured an in-depth television feature on BBC East Midlands Today.

Website hits and app usage increased by over 1200% on the day the TV item appeared – and the scheme is expected to lead to an additional £1 million being spent by consumers in the local economy across the year.
